PTCL(Pakistan Telecommunication company Limited):

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Ltd., commonly known as PTCL  is the national telecommunication company in Pakistan. What to expect

During the internship you will work on real business projects which are supporting current business strategies. You will be working in cross- functional teams with on-going coaching support and appropriate training/tools to successfully complete your projects.

Stipend

All interns will receive a stipend, mobile credit allowance and laptops for the duration of the internship.

Eligibility

Depending on the needs of the particular internship, the intern must have completed a minimum of:

• Six semesters for Bachelor’s students (3/4th of their bachelor’s degree)
• Two semester for Master’s students (1/2 of their master’s degree)

When and where can you intern

Internships are offered from May to September every year. Internship Programs run nationwide in Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Hyderabad and Faisalabad.

Pakistan Railways:

Pakistan Railways (PR) is the national state owned railway company of Pakistan. Founded in 1861 (when Pakistan was part of British India ) and headquartered in Lahore it owns 7,791 kilometres (4,841 miles) of track across Pakistan from Torkham to Karachi, offering both freight and passenger services.

The Ministry of Railways is accepting internship applications for the year 2021. Male and female students can both apply for this Railway Internship Program 2021. Interns will be provided a monthly stipend of PKR 20,000. Students from all over Pakistan can apply for this great internship program offered by the Government.

The time duration of the internship program is of 6 months. Selected interns can be allocated to different locations throughout Pakistan where ever railway lines are located. Selected applicants will be provided information regarding their interview and initial test. The internship is non-extendable, and interns will not be recruited for a job directly after the internship. 

Internship Location:

There is a total of 32 positions available, four positions in each city listed below. Interns will be located in one of the following locations:

• Multan
• Lahore
• Quetta
• Karachi
• Peshawar
• Rawalpindi
• Rohri

Railways Internship 2021 Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be younger than 25 years
• Applicants must have a charming personality
• They should have great communication skills
• Should have basic computer operating skills
• Applicant must be a fresh graduate who has a master’s degree and computer skills

Civil aviation authority Pakistan: 

Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) is a public sector autonomous body under the administrative control of the Secretary to the Government of Pakistan for Aviation , which oversees and regulates all aspects of civil aviation in Pakistan. PCAA’s head office is situated in Terminal-1 of Jinnah International airport in Karachi. PCAA is a member state of the International Civil Aviation  organization airports in Pakistan are owned and operated by the PCAA. Air Marshal (Retd.) Asim Suleiman was appointed to head the PCAA as its Director General on 27 November 2015.

CAA runs two internship programs, Summer Internship (from June – August) & Winter Internship (from December – January). The internship is carried out at Headquarters, Civil Aviation Training Institute Hyderabad, Airports and other locations. Students who are pursuing degree in Management, Finance, Engineering, Commerce, Economics and Marketing in recognized universities can apply for internship to GM HR OD&TM, Pakistan CAA Terminal -1, JIAP Karachi (for internship at HQs) or Airport Manager (for internship at airports / locations )with the following documents:-

1. Internship application form
2. Original recommendation letter from the university
3. Photocopy of CNIC
4. Photocopy of University ID Card
5. 02 recent passport size photograph

At present stipend is given to very few selected interns who are working at airports construction projects only.

Responsibilities held:

• Taking documents for approval, and authorization at different management levels.

• Taking invoices, reminders and credit notes to the debtors in the field.
